Recovery at any hour
Vehicles rarely fail at convenient times. Six Towns Recovery operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding 20-mile area, so a late-night breakdown does not mean waiting until morning.
When you call, we ask a few quick questions: where the vehicle is, what it is, and whether it rolls and steers. From that we confirm availability and agree a price before the truck moves. No surprises when we arrive.
What counts as an emergency?
If your vehicle cannot continue safely — a breakdown, a collision, a mechanical failure, the wrong fuel in the tank — treat it as an emergency and phone rather than filling in a form. Calls are always the fastest way to reach us.
If anyone is injured or the vehicle is creating immediate danger to other traffic, call 999 first. Once the emergency services have things under control, call us to move the vehicle.
Motorway and A-road recovery
We recover vehicles from the motorway network around Stoke-on-Trent, including the M6 near junctions 15 and 16, and the A500 and A50 corridors.
